📢Submit Your Abstract – Y-GOG Zonal Preliminary Rounds (AGOICON 2025)
- We are pleased to invite abstract submissions from young members of AGOI for the Zonal Preliminary Rounds of the Y-GOG Paper Presentation. This is a unique opportunity to represent your zone and present at the national platform during AGOICON 2025.
🎯Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a Life Member of AGOI
- Age: 40 yearsor less on the date of submission. (Mention Date of birth and age proof as per high school certificate)
- One submission per participant
🚨IMPORTANT:
- Please mention your ZONE at the top of the abstract
- Abstracts without zone details may be rejected
📝Abstract Submission Guidelines:
- Word limit: ≤ 250 words
- Topic: Any aspect of Gynecologic Oncology
- Format: Structured (Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion preferred)
- Do not include the name of your institution in the abstract body (for blinded review)

🎤Provisional Presentation
- Format: (Time for presentation will be intimated and may be shortened during the preliminary round.)
- 8 minutes for presentation
- 2 minutes for discussion
📌Zone-wise Participation
- NORTH: Himachal, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Chandigarh, Jammu, Kashmir, Ladakh
- EAST: West Bengal, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Andamans
- WEST: Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, Daman & Diu
- SOUTH: Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, Lakshadweep
Zoning will follow the following structure(As followed in AGOI Elections)
🔍Scrutiny & Evaluation Process:
- Abstracts will be blinded and reviewed by a panel of senior experts. Abstracts of good scientific content would be called for the prelim rounds.
- Judging panel for each session will consist of 3-5 experts depending on availability
🏆Selection & Progression:
- Preliminary rounds will be conducted online (August–September 2025)
- Based on submissions:
- ≤ 20 entries/zone: Top 2 selected
- > 20 entries/zone: Top 3 selected
- If none meet standards, panel may withhold selection or select fewer numbers.
- Finalists will present during the Y-GOG Session at AGOICON 2025
- There will be 1st and 2nd Prize in the final session.
- Accommodation and Complementary registration will be provided by the local organiser for the finalists.
- Travel has to be managed by the participant themselves.
📜All presenters will receive e-certificates
- Abstracts not selected may be submitted for poster/free paper sessions at AGOICON 2025
